Pilates’ focus is on the core muscles of the body, the abdominal and the lower back muscles which helps keep the body balanced and provides support for the spine. Pilates increases awareness of breath and alignment of the spine.
It is low impact, slow, controlled flowing movements, which make it suitable for almost everyone
